tylikThe Bad: My undre the shoulder blade thing went out during sword, again. With the new and improved feature of shooting pain into the wrist!
The Good: But I was still able to participate in Chen (though sometimes without my right arm -- though doing forms with one limb imobilized is always an interesting discipline) and I didn't give myself a huge headache. And I think I'm isolating what muscle groups are involved.
