Mar. 27th, 2004 05:43 pmWell, kind of a lame way to wrap up the quarter, but it could be worse. My back is calming down, but I still have to be careful not to overdo anything with my hips, or my neck. Do you have any idea how many wushu moves this excludes? I warmed up, stretched (no splits, though) did palm and stance basics and fundementals... except no sweeps, no jumps, no arc back kicks... And then ran through forms until I got sore and tired and decided to call it quits and stretch a bit more.
But I have a whole week for hiking, stretching and taiji. Mmm.
Oh, and my favorite cobbler is fixing one pair of MA shoes, and will be putting dance leather soles on another as soon as I get them to him Whee! Shoes that slide.
