tylikI'm feeling strangely mellow, as if I've been lying in a sunbeam, and I'd badly needed it. A bit lethargic though. Of course, what's with this eighty degree heat, anyway? What is the summer bringing if it's like this now? Will it be another basil, tomato and pepper year? Mm...
Wushu yesterday went well. I need to force myself to work on my splits until this thing in my hip gives up on binding up again, but my stability really is returning. Good class. Hurt my neck a bit doing arc back kicks (but they were *good* arc back kicks, darn it). Mostly fixed it doing backwards rolls... odd, but true. Quiet hike up near sultan, and evening, and yet somehow I still didn't get enough sleep.
I need to work in the garden. Tempting to wait until it's cooler, though.
