Back in training

(Sorry about the multiple whiny posts -- one was supposed to go to
girlfighters, and I moved it when I realized my error.)
But today I'm all chipper and energetic, and reminded why it's so very
important not to slack on the martial arts. Everything is so much better.
And sparkly.
Except that I don't want to sit in the office and work, I want to go
outside and stretch. And practice.
