Apr. 25th, 2005 03:42 pmSo I'm leaving the lab early today so I can haul my poor Cuc in to the
vet.
As many of you know, he's a curmudgeonly old guy. When he was about 18
months old, he dislocated his hip. The last year or two it's been
starting to bother him, and recently it's really started to hamper his
mobility. I'm worried about him -- on the one hand, at his age I'm really
hesitant to look at surgical options. However, I suspect that's likely to
be what is needed, and while he's managed to stay pretty healthy, I'm
afraid his health would go South pretty quickly if he loses much more
mobility.
Wah. My cat is old.
