He said this is the ultimate great and the ultimate firm, correct and straight vital breath. This being so then in substance penetrate the fine, gather and govern with regard to your spirit and perspicacity. Therefore, to speak of it is difficult. If you nourish it by means of appropriety and do not by means of depraved affairs offend and injure it, then it can be employed to nourish the tendrils, filling and fulfilling (all) that which is between Heaven and Earth. Spread and bestow the teachings of innate potential without lower or upper limit.
As for this vital breath, match appropriety together with the way. Lacking this, one is hungry.

The structure of appropriety generally is used to fill and fulfill the five internal organs. If one lacks this, then their stomach and intestines will be starved and empty like the starving and hunger of people.
