tylikAnd I finally tracked down my harp strings, and replaced the broken A string, and gave it all a rough tuning. (There's no point in trying to do a fine tuning until the A string stretches out a bit.) So in a few more days the harp should be playable, which will make me happy.
Meanwhile, my study is approaching shiny-clean. It has a bit further to go, but I've gotten through most of the junk, and gotten most of the shelves arranged...
Tomorrow I write my quarterly report, which apparently will then be canabalized for fodder for a grant. And hopefully I'll have stopped coughing up a lung well enough to do some Taiji.
Does anyone want to borrow a loom? Or a lap harp? I should probably do something about a couple of Tarot decks, too... Gods, the amount of stuff...
Oh, and yarn. I have a whole bunch of fairly fine handspun yarn. Which I'm not using, and probably not going to use any time in the foreseeable future, and afterall half the fun is in the spinning, so if I decide to take on a new project I'm perfectly happy to start from scratch. The largest amount of it is in this heathery purple, but there are various other skeins around.
