Apr. 27th, 2006 10:58 pmI "graduated" from physical therapy today. Again. (Okay, so I shouldn't fall off any more flights of stairs.) This time I got the water bottle (a much better upgraded version than the last time) and the T-shirt. And A. said that I could come back and learn more about biomechanics there if I'm interested in doing so, indeed, that I could elbow official trainees out of the way. (Hey, she's the best biomechanic PT I know of, and people come from all over the country to study with her.) We talked a bit about some of the educational options I'm interested in, and she is generally encouraging... and says that between the background I already have in biomechanics, and the literature she can give me that I don't really need to worry about it not being covered in any of the programs I'm looking at.
Lousy allergies, though, or perhaps a minor cold. Honestly, the state of my body is still the most daunting thing to me as I try to sort out my options. I'm just so weary of never feeling completely all there. But my spine really is doing a lot better, and my allergies have mostly been under control...
cadmus stopped by the boat to say hi, this evening. Those few of us who've remained in touch since college seem to be scattering a bit... Not that we see eachother much in person anyway.
