Just sayin'. DSL is down again at the barge (when I'd planned to stay home today and get a lot of work done for which I need network connectivity). So I've been spending time on the phone with Qwest, trying to get my DSL up (again! hey, at least the outages are a lot less frequent these days) and some time with T-mobile getting my phone set up as a modem since I lost the config information when I rebuilt my machine a bit ago.
The difference is night and day. I find myself wondering if they can possibly be paying these people enough to be so sweet. All of them (at T-mobile). It's almost eerie.
