Dec. 6th, 2006 11:32 amOkay, forty minutes of being an officious bitch later, and it's expedited, and I'll get a call from repair no later than tomorrow morning, with service return guaranteed within 48 hours, and sooner if possible. (I'll believe that when I see it.)
I don't know if this was really the most efficient use of my time (though if I have decent internet service this weekend, it probably will be, and if I do tomorrow it definately will be).
