Dec. 7th, 2006 10:41 amAnd I woke up this morning, and the internet was down again. (Though it connected and held a connection for something like ten seconds twice, just to confuse the issues -- to me that says technical problem.)
After an hour and a half on the phone, it's promised to be up no later than tomorrow morning (which is to say still within the original expedite order, which they had apparently lost, or something). This time I refused to get off the phone until I had the order number, manager's name (I played escalation games), direct line, etc. etc. (Since they apparently have no record of the call I made yesterday, even though I was assured that everyone would be able to see the expedite order. Oh, and they say they have no record of an employee by that name.) I hate this.
Qwest still sucks. Really, if you have Qwest get real service before they screw you too.
