I'm really enjoying breathing at the moment. It's been a while since I've really had time to notice breathing, and hey, what a thing to take for granted. This is probably the least pressure I've felt in the last two years.
Good weekend. Crashed early Friday, and did quiet stuff Saturday (both of which I was in dire need of). Went to the house concert Saturday -- much fun, saw people, heard good music. Chen at Artspawn Sunday morning, followed by a bit of shopping, a bit more reading and home stuff, and then off to yet more training.
This morning I woke up and put the bread that had been rising overnight in the oven to bake while I took my shower. Now I'm in the lab. And tonight -- you guess it, more training. Does anyone notice the complete lack of suck?
But I really have to make sure to get enough sleep. I've trained harder in the past, but the schedule is such that I really don't do well if I don't get enough rest. (And I'm trying to stay on top of weights and plyos and horse stance on my own, which just makes for all the more I have to recover from.)
