tylikSo, I just mailed out my decline letter to U of WI @ Madison. Uh, yeah,it took me this long after I accepted at Case. So, that part of things is finally over. (Mailed off the rest of my reimbursement info this morning too. And I got my dying phone replaced, and am getting the bluetooth headset that hasn't been working for months and the warranty of which is about to expire fixed or replaced...)
Lots still going on -- I have several professors at Case to write to about rotations. I have a lot of stuff to finish up at the lab. I have to figure out how my continuing involvement with research here will work once I leave... (I wonder if I can get Valerie to fly me out sometimes? If I'm going to spend my visits here in the lab, I rather hope so.) I have to work out the details of the move. (K wrote, pointing out that I could come out in May... but I am giving group meeting June 1, so it's not happening any earlier than June 2. June's early, for that matter.) Oh, the list goes on. But I think I'm getting traction on it.
Haven't been updating much. Mostly busy, and a certain amount of processing. Might write more on that later.
