Oh but I'm tired. Didn't sleep well last night. I think I have slightly elevated estrogen levels, probably from the adjustments to my training and diet working out (this isn't a non-sequitor, I often end up with elevated estrogen levels if I start burning through fat more quickly, and the fit of my clothes, at least, is changing) which often leads to insomnia. (Of course, K also slept badly, though he blames this on a stomach ailment.) I feel like I've hit my stride with the morning training. There's not much better way of starting the day than to train until completely dripping with sweat, and then take a cold shower. I'm coming in to the lab a little too mellow most days, I think... Going to try to make it to yoga tomorrow.

We were supposed to have thunderstorms tonight. They seem to be delayed. I was hoping to sit in the darkened living room and watch...

Acquired a bookshelf. Unpacked many of my books. I know I meant to write more, but I'm tired...
