I kind of wondered why I got so tired yesterday afternoon. And then walking up the hill home was hard. Climbing up the stairs was more hard. I was going to try out the yoga class, but decided that I wanted my first time to be in a better state. Ate silly food, took a hot bath, and went to bed.

This morning I felt better, as long as I didn't do much. Kind of wanted to do some of the slower forms, but I figured if dealing with the stairs sounded that daunting, then perhaps I really wasn't up to either the forms or the lab. (Also, invited someone to come train with me yesterday, and really didn't want to suddenly disappear.) Did stretching. Canceled everything. Curled up on the couch to read. Decided I was too cold and went to bed. Was overcome by the great wave of downward energy, and flattened against the bed. Slept for some hours (with the bedroom door open because I just couldn't be bothered to close it). Closed it, slept some more. Just got up a bit ago and ate some soup.

Not actually feeling that awful. Slight sore throat, general achiness that was helped by stretching, uncertain thermal regulation, vast quantities of fatigue. Which is to say, what I get almost any time I'm fighting something, except usually not so much fatigue. K had a stomach bug a couple of days ago.
