I forgot to take my meds last night. And now I am generally slightly achey (more along the right side of my neck and down behind the right shoulder blade, and some of the other usual suspects) and my hands are slightly swollen and sore. The latter might even be allergies...

Anyhoo, remedied the situation, waiting a bit longer before going out to train this morning. Feeling awfully dumb... (So I was sleep deprived yesterday, but in a cheerfully scattered sort of way. And then we stayed up talking late, between the amazing tomato sauce splash and the introduction to Sanskrit...)
