-I don't think there's anything on this list I wouldn't at least taste, no bets needed. (None of my allergies are that bad, unless this tree nut thing turns out to be intractable.)
-I'm not going to underline the ones I eat regularly. It's too many, and in some cases it's kind of weird, like borscht, which I eat frequently in cold weather, or nettles which I eat frequently in warm weather, or pho which I eat frequently in Seattle.
I am erring on the side of not marking things, for reasons which are probably obvious.
1. Venison
2. Nettle tea - and nettle leaves - quite a bit this summer, in fact
3. Huevos rancheros
4. Steak tartare (pretty good, even if I don't eat meat now)
5. Crocodile* I would, if I ate meat
6. Black pudding
7. Cheese fondue - I really miss cheese fondue
8. Carp - Gefilte fisch, among others
9. Borscht - frequently - one of my favorite winter soups
10. Baba ghanoush - oh, the tastey... hmm, I have eggplants now, in fact
11. Calamari - across many cultures, ooh boy!
12. Pho - if there is pho near Case I haven't found it...
13. PB&J sandwich - ideally PB & pumpkin butter, though
14. Aloo gobi - staple growing up
15. Hot dog from a street cart
16. Epoisses
17. Black truffle
18. Fruit wine made from something other than grapes, and melalmels, and fruit beers, and...
19. Steamed pork buns - of course
20. Pistachio ice cream - kind of up there with green tea
21. Heirloom tomatoes - in vast quantities, especially when I grew them
22. Fresh wild berries - I had led expeditions to collect fresh wild berries
23. Foie gras
24. Rice and beans
25. Brawn, or head cheese
26. Raw Scotch Bonnet pepper - another likely, but not altogether certain
27. Dulce de leche - and so tastey, and now so allergic...
28. Oysters - I still have a fondness for smoked oysters... and of course various kinds of oyster sushi
29. Baklava - still a favorite
30. Bagna cauda - I should play with variants on this
31. Wasabi peas - they're okay, not a huge fan
32. Clam chowder in a sourdough bowl - though I miss my own salmon chowder more
33. Salted lassi - common in turkey, and excellent in hot weather
34. Sauerkraut
35. Root beer float
36. *Cognac with a fat cigar... maybe. I was brought up to believe mixing good cognac with tobacco was barbaric.
37. Clotted cream tea - this is starting to feel like the parade of dairy foods I can no longer eat
38. Vodka jelly - I've had other alcoholic jellies. I'd try it, but I'm not in a hurry.
39. Gumbo - but not yet gumbo that has blown me away
40. Oxtail (not only did I make oxtail soup but I had the best senegalese oxtail, and I think some good korean oxtail...)
41. Curried goat
42. Whole insects - if you give them as gifts you must try them...

44. Goat's milk - goat cheese I particularly miss
45. Malt whisky from a bottle worth £60/$120 or more - I honestly don't know. I've had very good malt whisky, so it's not unlikely, but I wasn't the buyer.
46. Fugu - probably someday, but not in a rush

49. Krispy Kreme original glazed doughnut - old fashioned cake doughnuts beat the pants off Krispey Kreme

52. Umeboshi - and related chinese dried/pickled plum things (oh, this is making me so hungry)...and the sweet salty sour plums, and...

55. McDonald's Big Mac Meal - I had a Big Mac, and it's likely I had the fries and drink with it... but it was at least 25 years ago.

57. Dirty gin martini - with Bombay Sapphire, one of the few mixed drinks I am fond of

59. Poutine - and probably won't have more than a bite, owing to the dairy allergy

75. Roadkill - unless one counts mushrooms kicked free by hooligans. Don't really object, but I don't eat meat, really.
