tylikA number of Seattle folks have written me, asking me to confirm that weather here is even worse. Mostly this has not been true. (Though there's a definitional problem, too - if it's going to be cold-ish, I prefer it to be cold enough to freeze the ground.) However, it looks like our weather might be heading a little more extreme, so for your amusement, The Cleveland Weather Page.
(I'm not saying this is particularly extreme. I am saying that the Marmot jacket is still some of the best money I've ever spent. Of course, it also might be the first seriously warm coat I've ever owned.*)
