* My hair, which I trimmed two weeks ago, is now half an inch longer. Might end up trimming more than once a month. Feel kind of shaggy.
* My chaturanga dandasana continues to improve. (Let's say there's lots of room for improvement.) But if I come up into it, the classical way of entering the pose... my weight is right, but I can't get my breasts all the way off the floor. My weight isn't on them, and they're mostly up... and I think my spine position is good, but still, frustration.
* Had a major redefining my research fit yesterday. Feel better now.
* Need more biking.
