tylikOkay, so I was on the edge of catching something. Think I've mostly whupped it, but I'm really really tired. Of course, I spent most of the day shopping with Canyonwren, and the rest cooking so maybe this isn't a surprise. Still, I will do the "no sinus infection" dance before I go to bed.
Finally roasted my own coffee. Toasted? Followed the description of a traditional arabic method of making coffee from a novel. Tomorrow I'll do real research and see if I've missed something. (This is pretty common for me, first time I made sourdough it was using a half remembered recipe from a Laura Ingall Wilder book.) Interesting process. Looking forward to playing with it more.
