I made peanut sauce in the microwave. Though never occurred to me before. And it was awfully tasty. (A little too much fish sauce, but that's probably me not being used to that much salt anymore.) Definitely a grad student meal, but all from scratch, even with the microwave. And very quick.

My pressure cooker works again. Replacing the valve was trivial. I should really take the family shot of the pressure cookers, as we're up to four. (Or... three and a half? Hard to know how to count my set.)
