And now I am sitting my first office hour. (Yeah, yeah, so I just started my third year and I'm only getting around to TAing now. Hey, enterting from BSTP threw off the schedule, and then last year was tough. Also, there was some concern that the training grant I was on meant I should be a TA, and far be it from me...) Predictably, no one has come to see me, though since I have a pile of assignments to grade and the internets, I think I'll be fine. (Um, maybe I'd be finer without the internets. Or at least more productive. Surely not finer.) I wonder if I can manage to continue to TA upper level classes and avoid the standard biology labs?

The worst part is that this room is way too warm. The best part is that it is open to the invert lab, which is in session, and they have tunes. (And they just seem entertaining. I'm kind of jealous. I don't think they have a TA, either.)
