Bow down before me!!
Sep. 23rd, 2002 06:29 pmFor I have achieved...
Damn but that was a pain in the butt.
As some of you know, *mumble mumble* ago I bought a small trailer for my Zuke. Turned out that while I had a hitch, I didn't have the right plug or the right hitch ball. And then a great tide of inertia covered the land... (And I got sick, and I was broke a bunch...)
Finally fixed the hitch. Went to check the wiring for the plug, and discovered that I had too many wires, in poor shape, and I finally whimped and had my mechanic deal with that side of it. But today I installed a new plug on the trailer, repaired (and partially rewired) the underside, picked up new tabs for the baby, and took it for a test drive. Woo-hoo!
It's like having a truck. Except that I can take it off and still get 35 miles to the gallon.
I feel so goddammed butch.
