My back hasn't been behaving well the past couple of days. Which among other things means that I'm moving slow when I go out to train. So I decided to try running first - it is traditional, after all.
I think I've found a good routine. Put in a solid mile, come back and do forms. Except today I spent too long stretching, so I only got about forty minutes of forms in. Phoo.
