tylikContrary to my original expectations, I didn't teach a Chen class today - I forgot to get the key to the room, and everyone agreed that it was too cold to meet outside (well, the generally most hard core member of the group was going to the Obama rally). I feel kind of guilty because having the time was awfully convenient. If I were a good monkey I probably would have skipped the zendo this morning... I am a better kitty than I am a monkey, I suppose.
Otherwise, nice quiet day working on the proposal, and doing forms, and stuff. For Halloween, I am wearing black pants, a black shirt, black toe socks, black underthings, and my grey cotton/hemp sweat-shirt with the really melodramatic cowled hood. (I'm not wearing the hood. However, it is the best thing in the world for pulling over one's eyes while sleeping in bright places.) And black VFF flows when I'm outdoors. And I just trimmed my hair yesterday, so it is about a milimeter long. Which is to say I'm not really dressed up.
Kendrick is wearing black scrubs, which is what he mostly wears around the apartment. I keep telling him he needs to get a black surgical mask and cap so he can be Medical Ninja.
