I'm thinking of putting together a sample series of articles about cooking around various dietary restrictions. Don't know if it will go anywhere, but it occurred to me that it's been a longstanding interest of mine, and it would be fun to try and get a column of the subject.

So... To those of you who have dietary restrictions -- of whatever sort, for whatever reason... Do you have recipes you'd like to be able to make, but can't? What kind of things would you like to be able to eat?

If you can send me question, I'll try to answer them. And if this project continues to amuse me, I'll try to put together threeish articles around various such subjects...
