Nov. 6th, 2002 11:20 pmWell, I've now been off diclofenac, the anti-inflamatory I had been taking for a bit over a year, for two weeks.
So far, so good. My neck is pretty much doing fine. It still gets touchy, sometimes, but I'm not just losing days because of it. My wrist doesn't seem to have noticed. My knees are worse, but they're about where they were last quarter in terms of getting sore after long class days -- so it's unpleasant, but I'm pretty sure with care and patience I can get through it. Go me.
Oh, and best of all, I'm allowed to take naproxin again.
I do hate having my knees get sore like this, though. Though they'd probably not even be hurting this much if I wasn't also mucking around with my ankles, and through that, my stance in general.
(By the way, part of the reason I post so obsessively about this stuff is so I can go back and chart my reactions later on. No, I doubt you're really interested.)
