tylikFirst attempt at tea from my tea plant... partial success.
Which is to say that it's pretty tasty, but not quite what I was aiming for ;-) It's kind of a half sencha - steam it to stop the enzymatic oxidation, didn't roll it. Will next time. Part of the point is that I wanted to come up with a baseline of minimal processing.
Onward and upward? Or something...
