RIP Rob Robber

Rob's condition continued to deteriorate. This morning Lauren and Tracey went up to say goodbye, and then they put him under.

Weights

I'm up to the full range of exercises again, though not up to the weights I was using before I hurt my shoulder. Added in the nasty rotator cuff exercises -- and my shoulder feels better, not worse, afterwards. I've got to get back on the 3 times a week schedule, now -- I just feel so much better when I do.
